Celebrating a Young Leader: The Power of Purpose, Discipline and Impact

There are moments in leadership and mentorship that remind us why investing in people matters. One of those moments is witnessing a young person grow in confidence, character, discipline, and purpose—and eventually seeing that growth recognized beyond the spaces where it began.
