Selected Educators For AcadEx September Intake 2026
COMMUNIQUÉ
SELECTED EDUCATORS FOR ACADEX TEACHING PARTNERSHIP
SEPTEMBER 2026 INTAKE
AcadEx hereby announces the successful selection of educators admitted to the AcadEx Teaching Partnership – September 2026 Intake
Following the completion of the prescribed selection and evaluation process, the selected educators are formally notified of their progression to the onboarding and professional integration phase of the AcadEx Teaching Partnership.
1. CONTACT AND ONBOARDING FORMALITIES
All selected educators are required to contact the AcadEx via WhatsApp on +237 654 511 171 to receive instructions concerning the next stage of the process.
Selected educators shall equally receive an official communication from the AcadEx Administration through info@acadexcognitive.com. They are therefore advised to regularly monitor their email inboxes, including their spam or junk folders, and to respond promptly to all official communications.
2. MANDATORY PROFESSIONAL TRAINING
Participation in a mandatory one-week professional training programme shall form an integral part of the onboarding process.
The training programme shall be designed and scheduled by the Office of the Academic Dean, in consultation with the relevant Academic Coordinators and other competent administrative authorities.
The training shall serve, among other purposes, to acquaint selected educators with the academic standards, pedagogical expectations, digital teaching procedures, institutional policies, professional ethics, course development requirements and operational framework of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Educators who successfully complete the prescribed training shall be issued certificates of participation/completion, subject to meeting the requirements established by the Office of the Academic Dean.
3. PROFESSIONALISM AND DUTY CONSCIOUSNESS
The Administration places particular emphasis on professionalism, discipline, commitment, punctuality, responsiveness and duty consciousness.
Selected educators are expected to conduct themselves with the highest standards of professional integrity throughout the training and onboarding process and, subsequently, in the discharge of their responsibilities as AcadEx Teaching Partners.
Professional obligations shall not be limited to the onboarding period. Every Teaching Partner shall be expected to maintain a consistent commitment to academic excellence, learner welfare, institutional standards, timely execution of assigned duties and responsible communication throughout their engagement with AcadEx.
Failure to demonstrate the required level of professionalism, duty consciousness or compliance with institutional directives may constitute grounds for reconsideration of an educator’s eligibility for certification, onboarding or eventual integration into the AcadEx teaching community.
4. ROLE OF ACADEMIC COORDINATORS
The Academic Coordinators shall be responsible for the effective coordination and monitoring of the onboarding process, under the supervision and direction of the Office of the Academic Dean.
Their responsibilities shall include, as applicable, facilitating communication with selected educators, monitoring participation and compliance, coordinating assigned academic activities, receiving and reviewing required submissions, and submitting relevant reports or recommendations to the Academic Dean.
Selected educators are consequently expected to cooperate fully with the Academic Coordinators and to comply with all reasonable academic and administrative instructions issued within the framework of the onboarding process.
5. CERTIFICATION AND ELIGIBILITY FOR ABSORPTION
Completion of the training programme shall not, in itself, constitute automatic absorption into the AcadEx teaching establishment.
Following the conclusion of the training and the completion of all prescribed onboarding requirements, the performance, professional conduct, participation, competence and overall suitability of each selected educator shall be assessed in accordance with the applicable institutional standards.
The Office of the Academic Dean shall subsequently publish the official list of educators who have successfully satisfied the requirements and are eligible for certification and absorption into the AcadEx teaching community.
Only educators appearing on the duly authorized list shall be considered to have successfully completed the institutional integration process, subject to any further administrative formalities applicable to Teaching Partners.
6. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The selection and subsequent participation of every educator in the AcadEx Teaching Partnership shall remain subject to the Terms and Conditions applicable to AcadEx Teaching Partners, as well as to the academic, administrative and professional policies of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Selection should therefore be understood as an invitation to proceed to the onboarding stage and not as an unconditional guarantee of final engagement.
All selected educators are expected to familiarize themselves with and comply fully with the applicable Terms and Conditions throughout their engagement with AcadEx.
7. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION
For purposes of institutional clarity and administrative order, selected educators are advised to rely exclusively on official communications issued by the authorized offices of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Any subsequent instructions concerning training schedules, documentation, academic assignments, certification, onboarding or absorption shall be communicated through the appropriate institutional channels.
The Administration further encourages all selected educators to approach this opportunity with seriousness, humility, diligence and a genuine commitment to educational excellence.
AcadEx congratulates all selected educators on reaching this stage and looks forward to welcoming professionals who share its commitment to discipline, integrity, innovation and excellence in education.
