TRAINING ENROLMENT & PRE-TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

Dear Selected Educators,

The Director General of AcadEx COGNITIVE hereby informs all selected Educators for the AcadEx Online Teaching Partnership Program that the mandatory one-week Online Teaching Training Program has been scheduled to commence on Monday, August 17, 2026.

This training is designed to equip selected Educators with the essential knowledge, skills, and professional competencies required for effective online teaching and successful participation in the AcadEx Online Teaching Partnership Program.

The training is offered FREE OF CHARGE to all selected Educators, while aspiring tutors wishing to join the training even without being selected shall pay a training fee of 25000 XAF.

All selected Educators are therefore required to complete the enrolment process and the pre-training requirements outlined below not later than Saturday, August 15, 2026.

1. REQUEST YOUR TRAINING COUPON CODE

To enrol for the training free of charge, kindly request your unique training coupon code from AcadEx via WhatsApp:

You will need this coupon code during the course enrolment process described in Step 3 below.

2. LOG IN TO YOUR TUTOR/INSTRUCTOR ACCOUNT

All selected Educators who created a Tutor/Instructor account during the application process should log in using their email/username and password.

If you have forgotten your password or wish to change it, kindly use the password reset option available on the login page.

If you have not yet created your Tutor/Instructor account, kindly create one using the official registration link below:

3. IMPORTANT: COMPLETE YOUR TUTOR PROFILE

Immediately after logging into your Tutor/Instructor account, you are required to complete your profile.

Please ensure that your profile contains the following:

• A professional profile picture
• A professional biography (Bio)
• Your relevant social media/profile links

Please ensure that the information provided is accurate, complete, and professionally presented, as your Tutor/Instructor profile forms part of your professional identity on the AcadEx platform and worldwide.

4. ENROL FOR THE ONLINE TRAINING COURSE

After logging in and completing your profile:

1. Locate the Certified Online Tutoring Program on the platform.Alternatively, access the course directly using the link below: https://acadexcognitive.com/courses/certified-online-tutoring-program/
2. Click on Enroll.
3. Enter the training coupon code provided to you by AcadEx.
4. Click on Apply Coupon.
5. Click on Proceed to Checkout.
6. Click on Place Order to complete the enrolment.

Once the order is successfully placed, you will have successfully enrolled in the Certified Online Tutoring Program.

5. CONFIRM YOUR ENROLMENT

After successfully completing your enrolment and accessing the training course, kindly send the following information to the AcadEx team via WhatsApp:

• Full Name
• Email Address
• Username
• WhatsApp Number

This information will enable AcadEx to officially confirm your enrolment and finalize the list of Educators participating in the training.

All selected Educators are strongly advised to complete all the above requirements before the deadline.

Please ensure that you have:

✅ Completed your Tutor profile
✅ Added a professional profile picture
✅ Added your professional bio
✅ Added your social/profile links
✅ Enrolled in the Certified Online Tutoring Program using the coupon code
✅ Completed the Pre-Training Quiz
✅ Sent your Full Name, Email Address, and WhatsApp Number to AcadEx
