ON THE CERTIFICATION, COMMISSIONING AND APPOINTMENT OF ACADEX TEACHING PARTNERS – 2026
THE PRESIDENT, FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER OF ACADEX COGNITIVE,
Mindful of the need to train, certify, commission, and onboard qualified educators and professionals into the AcadEx Teaching Partnership, in order to strengthen the quality, accessibility, and effectiveness of teaching and learning delivered through the AcadEx Platform;
Mindful of the applicable national and international laws, regulations, standards, and best practices governing e-learning, online education, digital instruction, and the professional delivery of educational services;
Considering the progress made by selected Teaching Partners in completing the required documentation, submission, and verification procedures;
Considering further the reputation, prestige, professional standing, and responsibilities entrusted to AcadEx Tutors as representatives of the academic and professional standards of AcadEx COGNITIVE;
In the interest of ensuring a smooth, transparent, and properly coordinated onboarding process;
HEREBY DECIDES AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1 – Declaration of Success
The following tutors are hereby declared successful in the AcadEx Teaching Partnership Program 2026, having satisfactorily fulfilled the prescribed requirements and completed the required stages of the selection, training, assessment, and onboarding process.

Article 2 – Course Creation and Publication
The successful Tutors have already been issued official Course Creation & Publication Authorization Letters by AcadEx COGNITIVE. Accordingly, each Tutor is required to proceed with the creation, development, and publication of the course(s) specifically authorized or licensed to them on the AcadEx Platform upon receipt of this communiqué.
All courses shall be developed in accordance with AcadEx academic, technical, content, branding, and quality standards.
Article 3 – Professional AcadEx Profile
Each Tutor shall create, complete, and maintain a professional public profile on the AcadEx Platform. The profile shall contain accurate, relevant, and professionally presented information consistent with the Teaching Partner’s qualifications, expertise, and authorized teaching responsibilities.
Article 4 – Official Certification & Commissioning Ceremony
All successful Tutors are hereby required to participate in the Official Certification & Commissioning Ceremony of AcadEx Tutors, to be presided over by the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of AcadEx COGNITIVE, Justice ELIJAH NONGH, scheduled as follows:

Time: 7:00 PM Prompt
Mode: Online
The ceremony shall formally mark the certification and commissioning of the successful tutors, following the completion of the prescribed requirements and verification procedures.
Article 5 – Effective Commencement of Responsibilities
Following certification, all Tutors shall assume their assigned responsibilities and commence the development and management of their authorized courses on the AcadEx Platform in accordance with the terms of their authorization and the applicable policies of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Article 6 – Compliance
All Tutors are expected to uphold the principles of Discipline, Integrity, and Excellence, and to comply fully with the academic, professional, ethical, and operational standards established by AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Article 7 – Effective Date
This Decision shall take effect from the date of publication and shall be communicated to all concerned Tutors for immediate implementation.

ANNEX 2:
Article 8 – Appointment of the Academic Dean and Academic Coordinators
8.1 Appointment
An Academic Dean shall be appointed from among the duly certified AcadEx Tutors. The Academic Dean shall serve as the principal academic coordinator of the AcadEx Teaching Partnership and shall provide academic leadership, supervision, and coordination across the Teaching Partner community.
The Academic Dean shall be technically assisted by two (2) Academic Coordinators, who shall support the Dean in the effective implementation of academic, instructional, course-development, and quality-assurance activities.
The Academic Dean and the two Academic Coordinators shall be appointed by the President, Founder & Chief Executive Officer of AcadEx COGNITIVE, strictly on the basis of merit, demonstrated competence, professional conduct, performance, commitment, leadership ability, and measurable contribution to the AcadEx academic mission.
Their appointments shall be subject to periodic performance review and may be renewed, modified, or terminated by the CEO in accordance with the interests and requirements of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
8.2 Duties of the Academic Dean
The Academic Dean shall:
- Provide academic leadership to all AcadEx Teaching Partners and promote high standards of teaching, course development, assessment, and learner support.
- Coordinate the development and delivery of courses created by Teaching Partners and ensure that courses comply with AcadEx academic standards, approved curricula, and institutional guidelines.
- Supervise and monitor Teaching Partner performance, including course development, teaching activities, learner engagement, professionalism, and adherence to assigned responsibilities.
- Review and coordinate academic quality assurance, ensuring that course content is accurate, relevant, well-structured, professionally presented, and appropriate for the intended learners.
- Coordinate the Academic Coordinators and assign responsibilities necessary for the effective functioning of the academic unit.
- Identify academic needs and challenges among Teaching Partners and recommend appropriate solutions, training, mentoring, or corrective measures.
- Coordinate academic meetings, briefings, reviews, and professional development activities for Teaching Partners.
- Submit periodic academic and performance reports to the CEO or Management of AcadEx COGNITIVE on course development, Teaching Partner performance, academic quality, challenges, and recommendations.
- Promote innovation and excellence in online education, encouraging Teaching Partners to continuously improve their teaching methods, course materials, and learner experience.
- Serve as the principal academic liaison between the Teaching Partners and the Management of AcadEx COGNITIVE on academic and instructional matters.
8.3 Duties of the Academic Coordinators
The two Academic Coordinators shall work under the direction of the Academic Dean and shall:
- Assist in the monitoring and evaluation of Teaching Partner activities and course-development progress.
- Support the technical and academic review of courses, course materials, assessments, assignments, and other instructional resources.
- Assist Teaching Partners with course creation, organization, publication, and platform-related academic procedures.
- Monitor compliance with AcadEx academic, professional, content, and quality standards and report identified issues to the Academic Dean.
- Assist in collecting and organizing academic performance data, learner feedback, course progress, and Teaching Partner reports.
- Support the organization of academic meetings, training sessions, reviews, and professional development activities.
- Provide practical and technical support to Teaching Partners in the execution of their assigned academic responsibilities.
- Assist the Academic Dean in preparing periodic academic reports and recommendations for submission to Management.
- Undertake specific academic or administrative responsibilities delegated by the Academic Dean.
- Perform any other duties reasonably assigned by the Academic Dean or CEO in furtherance of AcadEx’s academic objectives.
8.4 Accountability and Authority
The Academic Dean and Academic Coordinators shall exercise their functions within the authority delegated to them by the CEO and in accordance with the policies, regulations, and strategic direction of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Their appointments do not confer authority to independently alter institutional policies, financial arrangements, Teaching Partner contracts, course ownership arrangements, or other matters reserved for the CEO or the competent governing authorities of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
All three officers shall be accountable for their performance and shall be expected to uphold the principles of: DISCIPLINE – INTEGRITY – EXCELLENCE.
