BECOMING AN AcadEx TEACHING PARTNER
PATHWAY TO BECOMING AN ACADEX TEACHING PARTNER
Official Guidelines for Participating Educators
AcadEx COGNITIVE is committed to developing a community of qualified, professional, and digitally competent educators who can contribute to the growth of online education.
Participation in the Certified Online Tutoring Program is the first stage in the process of becoming an AcadEx Teaching Partner. Participants are expected to complete the training, fulfil the applicable certification requirements, and subsequently undergo final verification before being considered for teaching partnership.
This guide explains the process that all participating educators are expected to follow.
1. ACCESSING THE DAILY TRAINING
Participants are required to access the official Certified Online Tutoring Program course on the AcadEx platform:
https://acadexcognitive.com/courses/certified-online-tutoring-program/
New lessons and training materials will be added to the course progressively.
Participants are expected to log in daily, access the newly released lesson, watch the training video, study the accompanying materials, and complete any activity or assignment attached to the lesson.
Because the training is conducted online, participants may access the materials at any convenient time after they have been released.
Participants are encouraged to dedicate approximately two hours each day to the training.
2. SUBMISSION OF ASSIGNMENTS
All assignments and practical tasks must be submitted through the designated submission links provided on the official AcadEx website.
Participants should not submit assignments through unofficial channels unless specifically instructed by AcadEx.
Where a participant encounters difficulties with accessing a lesson, completing an assignment, or making a submission, assistance may be obtained from AcadEx Support through:
+237 654 511 171
+237 620 225 684
Participants are encouraged to seek assistance promptly rather than allowing technical difficulties to affect their progress.
3. CERTIFICATION ELIGIBILITY
Completion of the training alone does not automatically result in certification.
Participants must satisfy the established AcadEx certification requirements, including the completion of required lessons, activities, practical assignments, assessments, and other applicable requirements.
Only participants who meet the required standards will proceed to the certification stage.
Official Communication
Participants who successfully meet the certification requirements will be informed exclusively through official AcadEx communication channels.
Participants are therefore advised to regularly monitor their official AcadEx communications and should be cautious of unofficial messages or individuals claiming to communicate certification decisions on behalf of AcadEx.
4. FINAL VERIFICATION FOR TEACHING PARTNERSHIP
Participants who successfully complete the required certification process and are instructed to proceed to the Teaching Partner stage will be required to resubmit their supporting documents for final verification.
This submission is not a new academic or professional review of the documents. It is intended to enable AcadEx to confirm the participant’s identity, documentation, course-development proposal, and readiness for consideration as an AcadEx Teaching Partner.
Final Verification Portal
All documents must be submitted exclusively through the official AcadEx website:
https://acadexcognitive.com/teaching-partners-final-verification/
Participants should ensure that all documents are complete, accurate, legible, and properly prepared before submission.
Participating educators are advised to prepare the documents progressively so as to avoid last day pressure.
5. REQUIRED SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
Participants proceeding to final verification should prepare the following documents:
The documents below shall be submitted on the AcadEx platform on, and not later than Saturday, August 22nd 2026
1. Identification Document

The cover letter may be typed or handwritten, provided that it is clear, legible, professional, and properly signed where applicable.
4. Course Development Project
Participants must prepare a structured Course Development Project outlining the course or courses they intend to offer through the AcadEx platform.
The project should provide sufficient information for AcadEx to understand the proposed teaching offer and its potential implementation.
At minimum, the Course Development Project should address:
- Subjects to be taught
- Syllabus for each subject
- Difficulty/academic level
- Target audience
- Teaching methodology
- Lesson frequency
- Proposed course structure
- Learning objectives and expected outcomes
- Student acquisition mechanism
- How learners will be attracted and retained
- Proposed teaching and delivery approach
- Projected monthly revenue through the AcadEx partnership
- Any other relevant information supporting the proposed course
Participants are encouraged to make their Course Development Project practical, realistic, well-structured, and aligned with the needs of online learners.
6. CERTIFICATION FEE
Participants who qualify for certification will be required to pay the official AcadEx Certificate Issuance Fee of 2,000 FCFA.
Payment must be made exclusively through the official AcadEx payment page:
https://acadexcognitive.com/product/acadex-certificate-issuance-fee/
Amount:
2,000 FCFA
Participants must retain their payment receipt or proof of payment and submit it where required during the final verification process.
Do not make certification payments through personal accounts, unofficial agents, or unverified payment links.
7. IMPORTANT PARTICIPANT NOTICE
Participants are expected to follow the official process carefully.
All training materials, assignments, certification notifications, payments, and final verification submissions must be handled through official AcadEx channels and platforms.
AcadEx will communicate important decisions and instructions through its official communication channels. Participants should therefore avoid relying on information received from unofficial sources.
The completion of the training and certification process does not by itself constitute an automatic appointment as an AcadEx Teaching Partner. Teaching partnership is subject to the applicable AcadEx verification, confirmation, partnership procedures, and available teaching opportunities.
NB:
Becoming an AcadEx Teaching Partner is a professional process designed to ensure that educators joining the platform possess the required teaching competence, digital skills, professional standards, and capacity to deliver quality online education.
Participants are encouraged to approach every stage of the process with commitment, professionalism, accuracy, and integrity.
Your journey begins with the training. Your performance demonstrates your readiness. Your final verification confirms your documentation and preparedness for partnership.
