For HND/BTS, the AcadEx calendar deliberately gives greater emphasis to the May–July 2027 examination window, because the official MINESUP calendar specifically provides for national BTS/HND examinations during that period.

For competitive entrance examinations, AcadEx should not publish invented fixed examination dates. MINESUP states that the specific examination dates are communicated through individual official texts. AcadEx can therefore announce its preparation periods and mock examinations, while updating the exact official examination dates when MINESUP releases them.

1. IMPORTANT INSTITUTIONAL NOTE

The AcadEx Cognitive Academic Calendar 2026–2027 is aligned with the national academic framework established by the Ministry of Secondary Education (MINESEC) and the Ministry of Higher Education (MINESUP).

However, AcadEx is an online and physical academic support and tutoring platform and not a conventional school. Consequently, its instructional programmes, revision sessions, mock examinations, tutor activities, enrollment periods and online learning schedules may operate with greater flexibility.

Official examination dates shall always be subject to the examination calendars and specific official texts issued by the competent authorities, including the GCE Board, MINESEC, MINESUP and other relevant examination authorities. The GCE Board, for example, publishes its examination timetables separately.
