APPOINTMENT OF AN ACADEMIC DEAN & TWO (2) ACADEMIC COORDINATORS

AcadEx COGNITIVE is pleased to announce the commencement of the selection process for the appointment of:
- One (1) Academic Dean
- Two (2) Academic Coordinators
These appointments form part of the institution’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its academic framework, enhance institutional standards, and establish a well-structured and forward-looking academic system.
EXPRESSION OF INTEREST
Qualified and suitably motivated individuals who are interested in serving in any of the positions above are invited to express their interest by submitting an Academic Leadership Proposal.
The proposal should provide a clear and thoughtful perspective on how the candidate envisions contributing to the development and advancement of the academic arm of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
Candidates may address areas such as:
- Their vision for academic excellence at AcadEx COGNITIVE.
- Their understanding of the role and its significance to the institution.
- Their proposed approach to strengthening the academic system.
- Ideas for improving academic organisation, effectiveness and standards.
- Strategies for fostering a strong culture of teaching, learning and continuous improvement.
- Innovative ideas that could enhance the academic experience and institutional growth.
- Proposed priorities, initiatives and areas of development.
- Any other recommendations the candidate considers relevant to the advancement of AcadEx COGNITIVE.
The proposal should demonstrate the candidate’s vision, leadership capacity, strategic thinking, initiative and understanding of academic development.
There is no prescribed format for the proposal. Candidates are encouraged to present their ideas in a clear, professional and well-structured manner.
