Cameroon GCE Advanced Level Biology Teaching Syllabus (Second Cycle Secondary General Education: Lower Sixth and Upper Sixth Sciences) as the reference. The syllabus is organised into four major modules: Organisation and Maintenance of Life, Health Education, Environmental Education, and Agriculture, Biotechnology & Sustainable Development. At GCE A/L level, Biology focuses more on cellular, molecular and biochemical levels of life, building on the O/L study of organs and tissues.
